The Dobney Hypertension Centre (DHC), a joint venture between LIT, Royal Perth Hospital and the RPH Research Foundation, is looking for volunteers to participate in their clinical trials in the management and improvement of high blood pressure and other related diseases. Professor Markus Schlaich from the LIT Medical School said researchers are investigating the effectiveness of a combination of drug treatments to assist in lowering high blood pressure.
